Located at 12000 Hayne Blvd, the NOEOC campus consists of five standalone buildings. Currently, five rooms (each approximately 780 sq. ft.) are available in one of these buildings. These versatile spaces can be used for office space, storage, classroom programming, or other community-focused activities.
Additionally, there is a newly renovated space available at the front of campus that features 7 rooms (3 equipped with sinks) and its own restroom. While the layout was originally designed for a medical clinic, the space can be used flexibly for a variety of uses (i.e. medical/ dental, offices, therapy, etc.)

All-inclusive pricing ($14.50 per sq. ft.), covering utilities, high-speed internet, onsite security and janitorial services. - Professional onsite management (EQA Operations staff, including an Operations Manager, Center Director, and Front Desk Receptionist)

Lease & Eligibility Details
- Flexible lease terms available (minimum 12 months)
- Additional space may be available depending on your needs
- As a New Orleans Public Schools (NOLA-PS) owned property, our lease agreement with NOLA-PS stipulates that tenants cannot be:
- Political entities
- Individuals or organizations hosting religious services (faith-based organizations are welcome as long as their use of the space is for broader community benefit)
